The Casotti Group, fully owned and managed by the Casotti Family, is Western Australia’s largest private grower, packer, and wholesaler of quality fruit and one of the largest private growers in Australia.

Karragullen Cool Storage (KCS) is a wholly owned subsidiary, responsible for the distribution and sale of all fruit produced by the group. KCS is a third generation vertically integrated fruit growing, packing, transport and sales company which was founded by Neil Casotti in 1962 and is currently managed by his son Mario Casotti.

Mr Casotti’s family commenced farming in the Karragullen area in 1921, and Neil’s father Giovanni started growing fruit for his restaurant in 1924. The property portfolio includes apple, pear and stone fruit orchards in Donnybrook, Mullalyup, Balingup and Manjimup with packing sheds in Kirup and Karragullen.

The diverse location of the Group’s orchards, coupled with the reliability of the water supply at each of its orchards, provides the Group with significant protection against climatic risks such as drought. It also provides diversity of product.

The Group has been supplying Woolworths, Aldi, Canning Wholesale Markets and some of the larger independent retailers with quality fruit for over 40 years.
